These Guidelines on Photography and Social Media Posting by Non-Media Participants (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”) have been established by the Japan Radiology Congress (JRC) to clarify important points to be observed when using social media and other platforms at academic meetings and events organized by JRC.
The purpose of these Guidelines is to promote responsible information sharing and constructive communication among participants.

At JRC2026, the following activities are strictly prohibited with regard to photography and posting or sharing information:
To protect the content of presentations, photographing or posting slides, CyPos screens, abstracts, or other presentation materials is prohibited.
However, this restriction does not apply to photography conducted by organizations or individuals who have obtained prior permission from the organizers, or photography taken inside academic program venues during periods when no academic sessions are being held, including subsequent posting or sharing of such images.
When photographing or posting images or videos of the conference venue, lobby, or surrounding scenes, Participants must ensure that the personal information of other participants, staff, or related persons (such as names, faces, affiliations, etc.) is not identifiable.
Any act that infringes upon the rights of others, including copyrights, patent rights and other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy, is prohibited.
Participants should avoid photography and posts that may cause others to feel that their privacy has been or may be violated.
In addition to the above, the following acts are prohibited:
If JRC2026 staff provide instructions regarding photography or posting at the venue, Participants must comply with such instructions.
JRC shall not be liable for any damages or issues arising from or related to photography at the JRC2026 venue or postings and statements regarding JRC2026 made on social media or other platforms.
JRC and its member societies shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of official social media accounts by third parties or from the inability to use such accounts for any reason.
JRC reserves the right to revise these Guidelines without obtaining prior consent from Participants.
Participants are required to comply with the latest version of the Guidelines.
