Media Coverage Guidelines for JRC2026
JRC2026 will be held at Pacifico Yokohama from April 16 (Thu) to April 19 (Sun), 2026.
Members of the press are requested to follow the guidelines below regarding admission and media coverage.
By completing registration at one of the two locations listed below, press representatives will be granted access to all academic meeting venues and the International Technical Exhibition of Medical Imaging (ITEM).
1. Press Covering the Academic Meetings
- A press registration desk will be set up at the entrance of Exhibition Hall A.
- Please prepare two business cards. One will be used for your name badge.
- A JRC press armband will be provided along with your name badge. Please wear both at all times while on-site.
- Upon leaving the venue, please return the name badge and press armband.
2. Press Covering the International Technical Exhibition of Medical Imaging (ITEM2026)
- A press registration desk will be set up at the exhibition registration area on the 2nd floor of the Exhibition Hall.
- Please prepare two business cards. One will be used for your name badge.
- A JIRA press armband will be provided along with your name badge. Please wear both at all times while on-site.
- Upon leaving the venue, please return the press armband.
3. Important Notes for Media Coverage
- Please conduct interviews and other media activities in a manner that does not interfere with presenters or participants.
- Interviews and photography in the exhibition area must be conducted with prior permission from the booth staff or the exhibitor.
- For copyright protection, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Photography of presentation slides
- Video recording of presentations
- Audio recording of presentations
- Media coverage is permitted only during official conference hours.
