Reservation

Please make a reservation by E-mail, including the information bellow. We will reply by e-mail to confirm your reservation with an application form attached. Please fill out and seal the form and bring it on the actual day of your use.

Insurance

The entrusting babysitter company joins the insurance and covers in case of any accidents. JRC 2026, the 85th Annual Meeting of the Japan Radiological Society, the 82nd Annual Meeting of the JSRT, the 131st Scientific Meeting of the Japan Society of Medical Physics do not take any responsibility.

As for a use of a nursery for JRC 2026, please read carefully and understand the following terms of service before your reservation.

Fee

Free of charge

• ※The full childcare fee will be covered by JRC2026.
• ※In case of cancellation, please be sure to check the cancellation policy and notify us.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes to or cancel your reservation, please contact Alpha Corporation by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Due to childcare staffing arrangements, same-day cancellations should be avoided in principle.
Please note that repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations on the day of use may result in restrictions on future reservations.

Belongings

1. The identification card of parents (a health insurance card / a driver's license / passport, etc.)
2. Application form(Please hand it to the staff on your first day.)
3. Name card of JRC 2026 participation.
4. Meal , Snack , child’s formulas, baby bottle, hot water(for milk), a drink , diapers, change of clothes, towel, several pieces of plastic bags (for dirty clothes cases).

Meal

1. We do not provide any meals at our nursery. Please pick up your child during lunch time or bring child’s meal so that we can assist eating.
2. Please come to pick us up as much as possible to prevent infectious diseases.

For parents

1. Please take your child to the restroom before leaving him or her at nursery.
2. Please be reminded we cannot accept your child when he or she has fever over 37.5 ℃ , infectious diseases, is in poor physical condition, or is not being suitable for group nursery.
3. In case of an emergency, the kid’s room staff will contact you through mobile phone. Please inform the kid’s room staff the emergency contact number. Please answer the phone and pick-up your child(ren) promptly.
4. The kid’s room staff cannot give any medication.
5. Please come to pick-up your child(ren) punctually.
6. Please put the names on all belongings.
7. If children have special needs and require special accommodations, please let us know in advance.

Insurance

1. We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure.
2. JRC 2026, the 85th Annual Meeting of the Japan Radiological Society, the 82nd Annual Meeting of the JSRT, the 131st Scientific Meeting of the Japan Society of Medical Physics do not to take any responsibility. Please sign and the application form if you understand.

Privacy Policy

1. Protection Administrator: ALPHA Corporation Inc. Administrator manager.
2. Purpose of use:childcare service and emergency contact
3. Providing and commission: we do not provide or commission to third parties.
4. Facultativity: If you do not agree, there is a case that we cannot accept your use.
